During this period of winter in the northern emisphere, there is very little paragliding activity for me so I will try and keep the blog updated with different other things. My favourite food is Japanese. I could eat it every single day. This week I was in Los Angeles and I took advantage of the fact that LA is a city where you can eat possibly the best Japanese food outside of Japan (Sao Paulo in Brazil  is another very good place!). I went to a couple of joints in West Hollywood (Boss Sushi on La Cienega Blv) and Cafe Shushi on Beverly, both excellent and good value for money. In the picture above the magnificent bento lunch box I had in Boss Sushi before heading for the airport.
